Terms of service

1. Order
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order. Please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. No refunds/exchanges will be allowed.
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as:
The product ordered is no longer available in stock
Payment is not completed and notified to us within 48hrs / 2 days from the issue of the order invoice
We are unable to obtain authorization of payment
and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity


In any of these cases, you will be informed accordingly. Reimbursement will be made if you’ve already made the payment Goods are subject to availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

2. DELIVERY
Orders shall be shipped within 1-2 working days upon payment verification. Mailing days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded. For local orders, please allow 1-3 working days for the Posting company to deliver your parcel.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make an effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. Do give allowance to some differences in colours/shades due to studio lighting. The actual colours you see will also depend on your monitor; hence they may differ from the products received.

We take the measurements as accurately as possible. However, due to batch production, please allow a 2cm difference from the stated measurement.

4. RETURNS
No exchange/refund will be made for the product that does not fit or is not deemed defective. Oloelohe shall not be responsible for the damage caused during shipping.
We take care to ensure all products are checked and packed before they are shipped. However, if you have received a defective product:
Defects have to be notified to us via your invoice order within 7 days from the date of item mailed
Instructions will be given as to how to proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item has to reach us within 5 maximum days after the instruction email is sent
The returned item must be brand new/in the original state unworn, unwashed & not smell of deodorant /perfume/ washing powder, otherwise, an exchange/refund will be ignored and the returned item will be sent back within 3 working days via normal mail. Customers shall have to incur the shipping costs.
For case-basis exchange/refund, no refunds will be made for products that are still available

We are not liable for any lost mail in the exchange/refund process.
